No Bake Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 150ml milk
- 400g cocoa cookies
- For the cream: 500ml of milk
- 40g sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 200ml liquid cream
- Chocolate chips
- For the glaze: 150g dark chocolate
- 60g butter
Instructions
- In a pot add the milk, sugar and beat.
- In a bowl add the egg yolk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, previously prepared milk and beat everything together.
- Add the pot to the heat again and whisk until thick.
- In a separate bowl, add the liquid cream and create the whipped cream, and combine it with the previously prepared mixture.
- Add the cookies to the milk and place the first layer on the baking sheet.
- On top of the cookies, add the mixture, level it up with the spatula and add the chocolate chips on top.
- Add two more layers of the cookies and mixture and let cool in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.
- In a bowl add the dark chocolate, butter and microwave it for about 2 minutes. Combine it well.
- Add the chocolate glaze on top and let cool in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.
