I have made so many noodle varieties and I am loving these garlic fried noodles. Easily throw this together using only a few simple ingredients in under fifteen minutes. This is the easiest noodle recipe you\u2019ll make!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6-8 cloves garlic minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 ounces thin rice noodles 1 MM or S<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c. green onions, diced and divided (used about 2 bunches)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tbsp salted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari, or a gluten-free soy sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 tbsp sugar coconut or light brown sugar (or use hoisin)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>How to make 15 Minute Garlic Fried Noodles<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 1: In almost boiling water, soak the rice noodles for about 4 minutes until al dente. Drain when done and rinse with cold water. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 2: In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium to high heat. Once the butter has melted, add about 3\/4 cup scallions to the skillet along with the garlic. Saute for about 1 to 2 minutes or until the garlic is aromatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 3: Then, add the sugar and stir well until blended. Next, add the soy sauce and allow everything to simmer for about a minute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 4: To the skillet, add the noodles and continue to cook for another 5 to 7 minutes or until the noodles have fried and absorbed the sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 5: Transfer on plates and garnish with some green onions and your preferred hot sauce or chilli garlic sauce.
