{"id":10488,"date":"2024-05-31T22:21:33","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T19:21:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=10488"},"modified":"2024-05-31T22:21:34","modified_gmt":"2024-05-31T19:21:34","slug":"common-potato-trick-that-makes-old-pots-look-new-you-wont-believe-how-quickly-it-works","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=10488","title":{"rendered":"Common POTATO Trick That Makes Old Pots Look New: You Won&#8217;t Believe How Quickly It Works!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do you have old pans at home with accumulations of burnt grease?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Don&#8217;t worry, even a neglected pan you&#8217;re about to throw away can still be saved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don&#8217;t need expensive cleaning products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Follow this tutorial from the Usta Fikirler YouTube channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This cleaning method is suitable only for stainless steel pots and pans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Potato Cleaning Mixture You will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>washing powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Potato<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon of salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tablespoon baking soda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sachet of baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>240 grit sandpaper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, remove the handle from the pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, fill it with water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the pan with water on the stove and wait for it to heat up a little.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle it with washing powder to soften the grease a little.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grate the potato with peel and add a tablespoon of salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, add baking soda and baking powder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove skillet from heat; You should see that the grease has been released and the water is dirty.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour out the dirty water and rinse with cold water to cool it down.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the pan on a cloth and rub it well with the mixture you prepared.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle a little salt on top and clean it with sandpaper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can add a little water to the pan and continue cleaning until all the burnt residue is gone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will see that the pan shines beautifully and does not scratch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is how you clean the outside of the pan too, then rinse it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ready, it shines almost like new!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can see the entire process in the video attached at the end of the article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cleaning mixture with vinegar and toothpaste You will need:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sodium bicarbonate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paper towels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Boiling water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liquid soap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toothpaste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protective gloves<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put on protective gloves.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can start.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn the pan upside down to remove any burnt-on gunk from the outside.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover the entire pan with paper towels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spray liberally with vinegar using a spray bottle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, turn the pan over and sprinkle liberally with baking soda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also cover the inside with paper towels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Repeat the process with vinegar, wetting the paper towels well with it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disassemble all removable parts of the pan and coat them with baking soda as well. Wrap them in paper towels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Again, don&#8217;t forget to spray with vinegar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now place the wrapped pan along with the other pieces in a large pot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour boiling water over everything.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let everything react and act.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The burnt fat will separate from the pan on its own, so now you can remove the thick bits with tongs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the coarse dirt is gone, sprinkle baking soda back into the pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add a little liquid soap, a little toothpaste and a little vinegar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now mix everything together using the rough side of a sponge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And rub on both sides of the pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, you just need to rinse the pan and all its parts with clean water and wipe with the sponge.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All that remains is to place the handle back in the pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ready!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You won&#8217;t believe it&#8217;s the same pan, the result is fantastic!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Do you have old pans at home with accumulations of burnt grease?
