Ingredients for 5 people<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

5 apples
300 g of flour
1 packet of vanilla sugar
25 cl of milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
oil for frying<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Step 1 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sift the flour, baking powder and pinch of salt into a large bowl. Dig a well in the center. Pour in the eggs and vegetable oil. Mix using a whisk. Gradually add the milk while continuing to mix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Etape2 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peel, core the apples and cut them into slices. Arrange them in a salad bowl and cover them with vanilla sugar. Book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stage 3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour the frying oil into a large frying pan and heat. When the oil is hot, dip the apple slices into the donut batter. Dip the donuts in the hot oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Etape4 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Be careful not to burn yourself. Turn the donuts halfway through cooking and let them brown well. Take the donuts out of the oil and place them on a plate covered with paper towel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Etape5 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Repeat the process until the dough is used up. Sprinkle the apple donuts with icing sugar and enjoy them warm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
