300 g washed and chopped strawberries Condensed milk to taste (optional)\u2063\u2063 For the whipped cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 cup of milk cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 teaspoon vanilla essence<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1 pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3 tablespoons powdered sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are delicious strawberries with whipped cream. A perfect dessert to celebrate the arrival of the long-awaited first strawberries. You can prepare it the day before or the same day, I find it so easy, quick and refreshing! A recipe that will delight all gourmets.
That\u2019s all I have to say except that it\u2019s obviously delicious.
Let\u2019s go, I give you my recipe, and I also take this opportunity to give you tips for making whipped cream.
Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* 500 g of Gariguette strawberries
* 33 cl of full cream 30% \/ 35%
* 1 vanilla pod (optional)
* 40g of icing sugar
Recipe
* Rinse the strawberries under running water, dry them and hull them.
* Cut them into pieces and set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* Whip the whole cream until it is 80% firm, add the vanilla and then the icing sugar.
* Fill a piping bag with whipped cream.
* In each verrine, add a few strawberries and cover with whipped cream.
* Decorate with a strawberry and a fresh mint leaf.
