{"id":12774,"date":"2024-07-02T20:07:43","date_gmt":"2024-07-02T17:07:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=12774"},"modified":"2024-07-02T20:07:45","modified_gmt":"2024-07-02T17:07:45","slug":"easy-and-quick-pastry-cream-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=12774","title":{"rendered":"Easy and Quick Pastry Cream Recipe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the traditional recipe for making a pastry cream, present in many recipes, it is an easy recipe to make<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For about 1 liter of pastry cream\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 liter of milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 egg yolks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60g cornstarch or flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 vanilla pod<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a saucepan, pour half a liter of milk.\u00a0Scrape half a vanilla pod with a knife, and add the seeds and the pod to the milk.\u00a0Bring everything to a boil over low heat to infuse the vanilla well into the milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Separate the yolks from the whites of 5 eggs, and put them in a salad bowl or bowl.\u00a0Pour in 100 grams of sugar and beat vigorously with a whisk until the mixture whitens and the sugar crystals are dissolved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gradually add 60 grams of cornstarch (cornflour type) or, failing that,<br>flour, to the egg yolk and sugar mixture.\u00a0Mix gently so as not to form lumps.<br>Once the mixture is well blended, pour half of the just-boiling vanilla flavored milk \u2013 onto the creamer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix delicately at first then more vigorously to loosen the cream.\u00a0When the cream is very soft, pour it back into the saucepan with the remaining half of the milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return the saucepan to low heat.\u00a0Mix constantly until the first bubbles appear, which coincides with the thickening of the cream.\u00a0This must remain flexible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the cream is sufficiently cooked, turn off the heat and continue to whip it so that<br>it cools more quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To prevent a dry crust from forming on the surface, dab the cream with<br>about 50 grams of butter.\u00a0Thus, the cream will remain very supple and shiny.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is the traditional recipe for making a pastry cream, present in many recipes, it is an easy recipe to make Ingredients Preparation<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":5,"featured_media":12775,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-12774","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recipe"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.14 -
