{"id":12981,"date":"2024-07-06T10:54:51","date_gmt":"2024-07-06T07:54:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=12981"},"modified":"2024-07-06T10:54:52","modified_gmt":"2024-07-06T07:54:52","slug":"chicken-in-the-kfc-way-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=12981","title":{"rendered":"Chicken in the KFC \u00ae way"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Discover how to make KFC-style chicken, to be served hot with saut\u00e9ed vegetables or fries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 chicken of 1.5 kg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 C.\u00a0to.s.\u00a0mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pot of natural yoghurt (125 g)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt and pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>breadcrumbs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cases.\u00a0butter and 1 egg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a container, mix the mustard, salt, pepper and natural yoghurt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the egg to the mixture and mix everything together.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wash the chicken, remove the skin and cut into pieces.\u00a0Marinate them in the sauce for 2 hours in the refrigerator (or even overnight preferably).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coat the chicken pieces with breadcrumbs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a baking dish, pour the rest of the marinade.\u00a0Arrange the chicken pieces and sprinkle with knobs of butter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake in a preheated oven at 200\u00b0C for about 30 minutes.\u00a0until chicken pieces brown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve hot with saut\u00e9ed vegetables or fries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Good preparation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Discover how to make KFC-style chicken, to be served hot with saut\u00e9ed vegetables or fries.
