Ingredients:
1 egg
A pinch of salt
50 g of sugar
10 g of vanilla sugar
20 g of flour
20 g of corn starch
500ml of milk
60 g of butter
300 g of dry chocolate biscuits
180 g of milk chocolate
90 g of cream
90 g of chopped peanuts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In a saucepan, combine the egg, salt, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and starch. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Add the milk a little at a time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Bring to the heat and heat the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Add the butter cut into pieces and let it melt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Arrange the biscuits in a pyrophile forming a compact layer and then cover with the cream. Form other layers in the same way.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Melt the finely chopped chocolate in the hot cream.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
