{"id":13127,"date":"2024-07-07T16:11:04","date_gmt":"2024-07-07T13:11:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=13127"},"modified":"2024-07-07T16:11:05","modified_gmt":"2024-07-07T13:11:05","slug":"perfect-pancake-batter-from-pierre-herme-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=13127","title":{"rendered":"Perfect Pancake Batter from Pierre Herm\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A success recipe for easy and unmistakable pancake batter, according to Pierre Herm\u00e9, perfect, gourmet, light and fluffy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 whole eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10g butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100g of flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 vanilla pod or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2.5 g (1\/2 teaspoon) fine salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 cl whole milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 tbsp.) water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 ml (1 tablespoon) orange blossom water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Split the 1\/2 vanilla pod in half and scrape out the seeds.\u00a0In a bowl, beat the eggs into an omelette.\u00a0Melt the butter in a saucepan or in the microwave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the sifted flour into a large bowl.\u00a0Add the vanilla seeds or vanilla extract, eggs and salt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dilute with milk and water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the melted butter and possibly the orange blossom water, mixing well.\u00a0Leave to stand for at least 2 hours at room temperature (20\u00b0C).\u00a0At the time of use, dilute the paste with 10 ml of water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat a non-stick pan once hot, butter it lightly then pour a small ladle of pancake batter and rotate the pan to distribute the batter then cook for 1 to 2 minutes, loosen the edges with a spatula then Flip the pancake over to the other side to cook.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the cooked crepe on a plate and cover it with a glass bell or another plate so that the edges do not become dry in the open air.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue like this until the pancake batter is used up.\u00a0Serve the pancakes with the topping of your choice hazelnut chocolate spread, honey, jam, sugar, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A success recipe for easy and unmistakable pancake batter, according to Pierre Herm\u00e9, perfect, gourmet, light and fluffy.
