Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 teaspoons packed brown sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoons cornstarch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosher salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 pound flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 cloves garlic, minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon freshly minced ginger<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cooked white rice, for serving<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add soy sauce, vinegar, cornstarch, and sugar into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add 1 tbsp of oil and allow it to become hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Season the flank steak with salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the steak into the hot skillet and sear each side for 8 minutes or until brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the steak from the skillet onto a clean plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the same skillet, add the red and green bell peppers.
