Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 ounces Whole Wheat Penne or gluten-free<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2-3 Celery Stalks chopped<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c Frozen Green Peas thawed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.7 ounces Tuna in Olive Oil 1 jar, drained and flaked<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd Red Onion thinly sliced, to garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the creamy sauce\/dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 Avocado very ripe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c Plain Greek Yogurt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tablespoons Chopped Fresh Dill plus more to garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd Lemon juiced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 Garlic Cloves minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon Chili Flakes or to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kosher salt and pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a food processor, add all the ingredients for the sauce. Pulse until well incorporated. Add more seasonings if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a mixing bowl, add the pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the sauce on top of the cooked pasta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the tuna, peas, and celery.
