Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 oz dry pasta (any kind)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp Italian seasoning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp paprika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salt &amp; pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 cloves garlic minced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c tomatoes diced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 c spinach chopped, optional<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 c heavy cream (or 16 oz.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 c Parmesan cheese shredded or grated<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salt &amp; pepper to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a large pot with salted water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the pasta and cook until firm to bite. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper on all sides of the chicken breasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the chicken breasts and cook each side for about 5 minutes or until they turn brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet onto a clean plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the same skillet, add butter and allow it to melt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add garlic and saute until aromatic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the spinach and tomato. Saute for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Turn the heat down to low, then add the Parmesan cheese and heavy cream. Stir until well mixed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle salt and pepper for extra flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the cooked pasta into the skillet with the sauce and toss until well coated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slice the chicken into small pieces, then put them into the skillet.
