Although it is an unconventional solution,  using onions to clean glass<\/strong>  is a method that  guarantees results beyond expectations<\/strong>  . Very useful in the case of very dirty, greasy or fingerprint-covered glass, this method really works and you should adopt it to ensure impeccable glass cleaning, and all in just a few minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fact, you won’t have to make any effort to remove dirt  and grease<\/strong>  , because the active ingredients present in onions will melt every trace like snow in the sun and the dirt will disappear almost immediately. This method  has nothing to do with the usual degreasers<\/strong>  we use, which instead of removing dirt add more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Two methods for using onions.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

There are two ways to use onions to clean windows at home, both effective. Here they are, you will choose which one to use:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Half Onion or Onion Slice Method<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0: Cut the onion in half or take a slice and rub it on the window glass. This is an excellent method for\u00a0\u00a0removing insect droppings<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0that stick to the glass and the dry spots that often form. If you continue rubbing, you will notice that the glass will gradually appear cleaner and free of any traces of dirt. To finish the job\u00a0\u00a0, take a dry cloth and<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0gently polish the glass. Remove all traces of dirt and polish until there are no streaks left. In this way, using just one or two onion slices you can clean an entire door and leave it thoroughly clean.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Onion in water method<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0: The onion in water method consists of\u00a0\u00a0cutting an onion in half<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0and placing one of them in water. Choose a bucket for cleaning windows, put a little water in it and submerge half an onion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Leave the onion in the water for half an hour,<\/strong>  then dip a cloth in the water and wipe it over the window panes. Remove all dirt and then dry with a clean, soft cloth, making sure there are no streaks left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    As you can see, you achieved this fantastic result simply by using half an onion and you didn’t even spend anything because you probably already have it at home, since you also use it as a condiment in the kitchen. To obtain extraordinary results  , use microfibre cloths for polishing glass<\/strong>  , which will ensure perfect cleaning and a unique shine, like no other type of cloth can achieve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Or alternatively,  use newspaper<\/strong>  , which you will first need to crumple up until it is the right size to hold in your hand.
