Enjoy!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 skinless\/boneless chicken breasts, pounded to \u00be inch thick<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salt\/Pepper, to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tbsp vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marinade:<\/strong>&nbsp;(Shortcut- Use Italian Salad Dressing)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 c olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 c ranch dressing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp distilled white vinegar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsp lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp minced garlic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 tsp pepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Parmesan Crust<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 c Parmesan cheese, chopped into bits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3\/4 c Provolone cheese, chopped into bits<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 tbsp Buttermilk Ranch salad dressing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 tbsp melted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tsp garlic powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c panko breadcrumbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients for the marinade. Stir until well blended.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the chicken breasts inside a resealable bag. Release the air and seal the bag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pound the chicken breasts with a meat mallet to about 3\/4-inch thick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Transfer the marinade and chicken breasts inside another resealable bag. Use your hands to massage the bag until the chicken breasts are well coated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place the bag inside the fridge for at least 1 hour or overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add 2 tbsp of oil and allow it to become hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add the chicken breasts and sear each side for a few minutes or until they turn brown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Remove the chicken breasts from the skillet onto a clean plate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the Parmesan Crust:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prepare the oven and preheat to 450 degrees F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a microwavable bowl, add all the ingredients for the topping aside from the panko.
