But what is  the drawback<\/strong>  that always occurs, every time we buy them? Obviously the fact that  they wear out<\/strong>  . However, did you know that there are  so-called eternal candles<\/strong>  ? These are the ones that  never stop smelling<\/strong>  . Here’s how you can make them at home too, with just a few ingredients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candles are among the trendiest and most sought-after accessories of the moment and are   adorning  many people’s homes . They are <\/strong>the<\/strong>  stars of decoration and design, and are not only beautiful but also super-fragrant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we find ourselves buying  candles<\/strong>  , however, we know that sooner or later  they will end up going out<\/strong>  – since the wax they are made of is consumed – and above all that they will stop smelling: their scent will become imperceptible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are you curious to know how to do it? So let’s get started right away. First you need  to get the lime<\/strong>  that you can find at the fruit shop or supermarket. With the help of a knife, cut at least four slices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a  jar<\/strong>  , which will then be the base for our candle (make sure it is strictly glass),  pour three tablespoons of coarse salt and four slices of lime inside.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally,  pour in a heaping tablespoon of cooking oil<\/strong>  . Then take  a plastic cup<\/strong>  and use scissors  to cut out the base<\/strong>  . Using a screwdriver,  make a hole<\/strong>  in the center of the plastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take the wick of a candle<\/strong>  that you are going to cut into pieces so that it remains whole and  pass it through the hole that you have made in the bottom of the glass<\/strong>  . Now place it in your glass jar, inside which you previously put  salt, lime, olive oil and drops of essential oil.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
