A Hungarian chef taught me this recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Index<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol id=\"index-table\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Ingredientes\">Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the meat loaf:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2-3 tablespoons of oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sweet red pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125g cheddar cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon meat seasoning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kilo of minced meat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3-4 cloves of garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parsley or dill to taste<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tablespoons sour cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon salt (or to taste)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon smoked or regular paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon garlic powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon basil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon dried onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon chili flakes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100-200 g breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For the sauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 ml barbecue sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml tomato sauce<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1-2 tablespoons Dijon mustard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seasoning for meat, salt and black pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"Preparacion\">Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 190\u00b0C (400\u00b0F).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finely chop the onion and sweet red pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a frying pan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil and saut\u00e9 the onion and red pepper until tender. Let it cool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grate the cheddar cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a large bowl, mix the ground beef with the minced garlic, parsley or dill, sour cream, salt, paprika, garlic powder, basil, dried onion, chili flakes and the eggs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the onion and pepper sauce, the grated cheese, the meat seasoning and the breadcrumbs. Mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the meat mixture in a baking dish, shaping it into a loaf.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 20-30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While the meatloaf is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing the barbecue sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, meat seasoning, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the first 20-30 minutes of baking, remove the meatloaf from the oven and brush it generously with the prepared sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put the meatloaf back in the oven and bake for 15 more minutes so that the sauce caramelizes and penetrates the meat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pair this meatloaf with a fresh salad or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can vary the ingredients of the sauce according to your taste, adding a spicy or sweet touch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This Korean-style meatloaf is a versatile and delicious option that everyone at home is sure to love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dare to try it and surprise your family with this unique dish!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Would you like to try an innovative and delicious recipe?
