Ingredients:
1 large zucchini
1 onion
70 g parmesan
70 g breadcrumbs
1 egg
Salt to taste
pepper as needed
oil to taste
mozzarella to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preparation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Grate the zucchini and squeeze it well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Then place it in a bowl and add the onion, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Form the meatballs and place them on the oven tray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
