One of my favourite dishes she makes is this easy mozzarella chicken with marinara sauce and mushrooms. It is super easy and quick to throw together using only mushrooms, chicken breasts, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and marinara sauce. The best part is this is made in a single pan!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chicken and mozzarella make a superb combination! The juicy, tender chicken smothered in marinara sauce with melted Mozzarella cheese on top is to die for. This dish is bursting with flavour, and anyone can whip this up in under an hour. If you want to whip up a simple and quick meal for busy days, this mozzarella chicken with marinara sauce and mushrooms would your go-to. Once your family tastes this, I am pretty sure that this will immediately become a part of your favourite menu list!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why do I love this mozzarella chicken with marinara sauce and mushrooms so much? It is because this is flavour-packed, it\u2019s a flexible recipe, high in protein, and low-carb!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd c. mushrooms, sliced<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bc tsp salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bd tbsp Italian seasoning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 c. marinara sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>How to make Easy Mozzarella Chicken with Marinara Sauce and Mushrooms<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 2: To the casserole dish, add the chicken breasts and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and salt. Then, place the sliced mushrooms on top. Evenly pour the marinara sauce over the chicken and mushrooms and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered, until the chicken is completely cooked.
