    • Lemon juice to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      1. In a large bowl, mix the grated coconut, flour and sugar. Make sure all the ingredients are well integrated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until well beaten and foamy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Pour the beaten eggs over the coconut, flour and sugar mixture. Mix everything gently until you obtain a homogeneous mass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Add the lemon juice to the dough and mix again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      5. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      6. Prepare the muffin cups by placing the paper cases in a muffin pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      7. Fill each capsule with the coconut dough, filling it about 3\/4 full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      8. Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown on top.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      9. Once the muffins are ready, remove them from the oven and let them cool in the pan for a few minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
