Here is how to get rid of them with this natural tip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Causes of tartar<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A diet too rich in sugar, acids and bad fats will promote the formation of tartar. So, eat more fruits and vegetables!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poor oral hygiene is not the main cause of tartar deposits, but it is still largely responsible. Brush your teeth properly three times a day<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coffee, black tea and tobacco also contribute to the buildup of bacteria and stains on your enamel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 teaspoons sunflower seeds<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 teaspoons of lime blossom<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 liter of water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put the ingredients in a saucepan, cover with water and simmer for half an hour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brush your teeth with this mixture after each meal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Tips<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brush your teeth with a soft brush, after each meal for about 5 minutes. Make sure to brush all teeth and molars thoroughly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use a mild toothpaste that will not affect the pH of your mouth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is also advisable to sometimes use mouthwashes after brushing.
