Rinse thoroughly under cold water.<br>Place the cauliflower on a cutting board and carefully cut the florets. Aim for bite-sized pieces.<br>Place the florets in a colander and wash them well. Let the excess water drain.<br>Prepare the dough:<br>In a bowl, combine the wheat flour and sweet paprika powder.<br>Crack the eggs into a separate bowl and beat until well combined.<br>Gradually pour the melted butter into the beaten eggs while whisking continuously.<br>Add the chopped garlic, grated nutmeg and a pinch of salt to the egg mixture. Mix well.<br>Slowly pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the flour and paprika. Stir until the batter is smooth and all the ingredients are well incorporated.<br>Coat the cauliflower:<br>Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it is evenly coated. Let the excess batter drip off.<br>Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Be sure to leave space between each floret for even cooking.<br>Sprinkle a pinch of salt and nutmeg on top of the coated cauliflower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cook and enjoy:<br>Once your oven has reached the desired temperature, carefully slide the baking sheet with the cauliflower into the oven.<br>Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.<br>Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.<br>Serve your crispy baked cauliflower as a snack, side dish or appetizer.
