INGREDIENTS
2 organic lemons
50 ml of milk
230g of sugar
3 eggs
280g of flour
1 packet of baking powder
50 ml of vegetable oil
20 ml of limoncello
DIRECTIONS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Wash and slice the lemons and blend them. Add limoncello, sugar and milk and continue blending.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Add the eggs and flour. Finally add the baking powder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Mix for 5 minutes or until fluffy and smooth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Pour the batter into a buttered cake pan and bake at 180\u00b0C for 35 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
