{"id":1740,"date":"2023-04-05T23:32:16","date_gmt":"2023-04-05T20:32:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=1740"},"modified":"2023-04-05T23:32:17","modified_gmt":"2023-04-05T20:32:17","slug":"very-tasty-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=1740","title":{"rendered":"Very tasty cake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g of powdered sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">200 g melted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">250 g flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tbsp. baking powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15 g unsweetened cocoa powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chocolate ganache<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">150 g of dark chocolate (60%)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">100 ml of hot full cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sugar glaze + chocolate vermicelli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">120 g powdered sugar + a little water<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a bowl, break 4 eggs, add 200 g of sugar and mix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then add 200 g of melted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and the 250g of flour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour 1\/3 of the preparation in a bowl, then add the cocoa powder and mix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bake the three preparations separately for 15 minutes at 180\u00b0 (same size pan)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then make the ganache by mixing 150 g of chocolate pieces with the hot cream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spread the first cake with a layer of ganache, place the second slice of chocolate cake on top and repeat the operation, finishing with the third slice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave to rest for 15 minutes in the fridge<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make the icing by gradually mixing the water with the powdered sugar (very little water!! drop by drop) then spread it over the top of the cake<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sprinkle with chocolate vermicelli and leave to cool and enjoy!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ingredients 4 eggs 200 g of powdered sugar 200 g melted butter 250 g flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 15 g unsweetened cocoa powder Chocolate ganache 150 g of dark chocolate (60%) 100 ml of hot full cream Sugar glaze + chocolate vermicelli 120 g powdered sugar + a little water In a bowl, [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":1741,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[2],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1740","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-recipe"],"aioseo_notices":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v19.14 -
