It is often discarded, but nutritionally it is one of the most powerful. To acquire all its properties, it will be enough to consume it raw&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Let&#8217;s remember that these are just a few of the benefits of garlic. This ingredient is a&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>natural antibacterial<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;, in fact, it fights intestinal parasites and strengthens the immune system. First, take half a kilo of garlic cloves and soak them for about an hour in&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>warm water<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;. After drying them, peel them and you will see that they peel easily because the skin has softened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next, place all the garlic cloves in a sterilized glass jar. Then, pour in two tablespoons of coarse salt, which should be about 30 grams of salt.
