{"id":1834,"date":"2023-04-09T02:18:32","date_gmt":"2023-04-08T23:18:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=1834"},"modified":"2023-04-09T02:18:33","modified_gmt":"2023-04-08T23:18:33","slug":"quick-no-bake-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=1834","title":{"rendered":"Quick no-bake cake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 g dry cookies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 g of melted butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 g Mascarpone cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 ml of cold vegetable cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Preparation of a quick no-bake cake<br>Line an 18 cm pan with baking paper.<br>Chop the cookies in a blender, then put them in a bowl, add the melted butter and mix well until smooth.<br>Pour the cookie mixture, keeping some for decoration, into the mould and compact it with the back of a spoon on the bottom and along the edges.
