As soon as it is melted, remove it from the heat and add the soft butter and the lemon juice. Mix well.<br>Whip the cream and add it to the chocolate, continuing to whip for 1 minute.<br>Place this preparation in the fridge to firm up.<br>Take small balls from the dough with a spoon.
