{"id":216,"date":"2023-01-27T01:07:50","date_gmt":"2023-01-26T23:07:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=216"},"modified":"2023-01-27T01:07:50","modified_gmt":"2023-01-26T23:07:50","slug":"mini-eclairs-with-cheese-and-garlic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=216","title":{"rendered":"Mini eclairs with cheese and garlic!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An interesting appetizer for the New Year&#8217;s table and not only: it is suitable for any festive table, being able to replace the usual canap\u00e9s.&nbsp;Mini eclairs with salty filling will surprise your guests and delight them with their unique taste.&nbsp;Try to prepare them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the scalded dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-250 ml of water;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-100 g of butter;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-\u00bd teaspoon of salt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-180 g of flour;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-4 eggs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-200 g of cheese;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-3 large cloves of garlic;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a small bunch of dill;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise (or to taste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From these new ingredients we obtained 55 mini eclairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the scalded dough:&nbsp;<\/strong>put the water, salt and butter in a heavy-bottomed saucepan or a saucepan.&nbsp;Place over moderate heat and bring to a boil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Take the resulting solution off the heat and add all the sifted flour to it.&nbsp;Mix vigorously with the spatula.&nbsp;In less than a minute you should get a homogeneous and smooth dough.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mini-eclere-cu-ca%C8%99caval-1-1024x572.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40883\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it chill for about 60 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Gradually incorporate (one at a time) the eggs into the warm dough, mixing each time with the mixer or spatula until homogenized.&nbsp;As a result, you should get a smooth, glossy and fairly dense dough.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mini-eclere-cu-ca%C8%99caval-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40884\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Transfer it to a pouch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Cut the tip of the bag so that you get a hole with a diameter of about 1 cm.&nbsp;Apply the dough in the form of short strips, 4-5 cm long, on the tray lined with baking paper or a silicone sheet.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mini-eclere-cu-ca%C8%99caval-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40885\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Bake the mini eclairs for 10-15 minutes, until they rise, in the oven preheated to 220&nbsp;\u00b0C.&nbsp;Then reduce the temperature to 180\u00b0C and continue to bake them until golden brown (we needed 27 minutes in total).&nbsp;Do not open the oven door during baking!!!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mini-eclere-cu-ca%C8%99caval-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40886\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Remove the mini eclairs from the oven and prick them with a toothpick to release the hot air inside.&nbsp;Let them cool to room temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the filling:&nbsp;<\/strong>mix the grated cheese, the garlic passed through the garlic press, the chopped dill and the mayonnaise.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mini-eclere-cu-ca%C8%99caval-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40887\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.Incompletely slice each eclair on the side using a sharp knife.&nbsp;Fill it with cheese mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mini-eclere-cu-ca%C8%99caval-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40888\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Mini-eclere-cu-ca%C8%99caval-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40889\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.
