{"id":2229,"date":"2023-04-23T02:46:12","date_gmt":"2023-04-22T23:46:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=2229"},"modified":"2023-04-23T02:46:13","modified_gmt":"2023-04-22T23:46:13","slug":"lemon-cookies-tasty-and-easy-to-prepare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=2229","title":{"rendered":"Lemon Cookies: Tasty and Easy to Prepare!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soft and lemon flavored cookies, perfect for a breakfast or a snack.&nbsp;With their delicate flavor and melting texture, they are easy to prepare and will please everyone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60g (\u00bd cup) sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml (3 tbsp.) lemon juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00bd lemon (zest)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon (5g) baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>210 g (1 \u2154 cup) all-purpose flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 g (\u00bc cup) cornstarch<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml (\u00bd cup) milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar for sprinkling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Whisk the eggs with the sugar, lemon zest, vegetable oil and lemon juice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix flour, cornstarch and baking powder separately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir to combine.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reserve the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut the cooled dough into pieces and roll it into balls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the cookies on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes at 180\u00b0C\/350\u00b0F.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Let the cookies cool, then dip them in the milk and cover them with sugar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Soft and lemon flavored cookies, perfect for a breakfast or a snack.&nbsp;With their delicate flavor and melting texture, they are easy to prepare and will please everyone.
