Mix the egg whites and sugar in a heat-resistant bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Crem%C4%83-de-bezea-elve%C8%9Bian%C4%83-1-1024x513.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42868\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Place the bowl on the bain-marie and, stirring continuously, wait until the sugar melts and the egg whites reach a temperature of 55-60&nbsp;\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Add the vanilla extract.&nbsp;Beat the meringue for about 1 minute using the mixer on low speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.Using the mixer on low speed, gradually incorporate (in 9-10 portions added at 30-40 second intervals) the softened butter into the meringue.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Crem%C4%83-de-bezea-elve%C8%9Bian%C4%83-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42872\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Crem%C4%83-de-bezea-elve%C8%9Bian%C4%83-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42873\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.
