{"id":2356,"date":"2023-04-26T15:17:37","date_gmt":"2023-04-26T12:17:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=2356"},"modified":"2023-04-26T15:17:37","modified_gmt":"2023-04-26T12:17:37","slug":"lemon-yogurt-sponge-cake-how-to-make-this-amazing-dessert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=2356","title":{"rendered":"Lemon yogurt sponge cake: how to make this amazing dessert"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients:<br>4 yolks<br>8 g vanillin<br>30g sunflower oil<br>The zest of a lemon<br>300g Greek yogurt<br>50g flour<br>30g cornstarch<br>4 egg whites + 1 pinch of salt<br>1 teaspoon lemon juice<br>80g sugar<br>Icing:<br>75 g icing sugar<br>3-4 teaspoons lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First mix the egg yolks with the vanilla, oil, yoghurt and lemon zest. Form a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
