{"id":247,"date":"2023-01-27T22:25:40","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T20:25:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=247"},"modified":"2023-01-27T22:25:41","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T20:25:41","slug":"blizzard-cake-there-is-no-other-simpler","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=247","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Blizzard&#8221; cake.\u00a0There is no other simpler!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A good-looking, smooth, moist and delicious dessert!&nbsp;It is prepared from simple and available ingredients, but it conquers everyone with its special taste!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-4 eggs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-4 tablespoons of flour;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-4 tablespoons of fermented cream;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-4 spoons of sugar;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a teaspoon of baking powder;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-650 g of fermented cream;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-2-3 spoons of powdered sugar (or to taste);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-5 g of vanilla sugar;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Other:&nbsp;<\/strong>coconut flakes \u2014 for decoration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the dough:&nbsp;<\/strong>separate the whites and yolks of eggs just taken out of the refrigerator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Beat the cold egg whites until they become foamy, adding a pinch of salt.&nbsp;Then add 2 tablespoons of sugar and mix until stiff peaks form.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-1-1024x525.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42412\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Beat the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of sugar until they become fluffy and whitish.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42413\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.Incorporate the egg yolks into the egg whites, mixing with a spatula in quick, circular movements from bottom to top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Add the sour cream.&nbsp;Incorporate it into the egg mixture using the same kind of careful movements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Gradually incorporate (in 2-3 steps) the sifted flour together with the baking powder into the obtained composition, mixing with the spatula, using the same movements.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42414\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Transfer the dough to a round pan, with a diameter of 18 cm and the bottom lined with baking paper, greased with oil.&nbsp;Spread it evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42415\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Bake the top for 35-40 minutes in the oven preheated to 180&nbsp;\u00b0C.&nbsp;Check it&#8217;s done by the toothpick test.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42416\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Let the top cool a little, then separate it from the walls of the pan with a thin knife and remove it from it.&nbsp;Remove the parchment paper from its surface and let it cool completely by placing it on a wire rack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.After it cools down to room temperature, cut it into 2 equal parts.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42417\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the cream:&nbsp;<\/strong>put 400 g of sour cream in a strainer lined with 2-3 layers of cheesecloth.&nbsp;Cover it with cheesecloth and either hang it from a hook or place a weight over it.&nbsp;Wait until all the whey is drained from it: this way you will get a thicker cream.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42418\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12. Put the cream separated from the whey (its weight should be about 250 g) and another 250 g of regular cream in a deep bowl.&nbsp;Add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar.&nbsp;Beat everything with the mixer until you get a thick and homogeneous cream.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42419\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.&nbsp;<strong>Assemble the cake:<\/strong>&nbsp;put the lower top on a plate and spread it with a thick layer of cream.&nbsp;Then cover it with the top.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42420\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14.Grease the surface and edges of the cake with a generous layer of cream.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EViscolul%E2%80%9D-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42421\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15.
