{"id":253,"date":"2023-01-27T22:31:21","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T20:31:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=253"},"modified":"2023-01-27T22:31:23","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T20:31:23","slug":"yeast-dough-rolls-with-chicken-and-cheese-filling","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=253","title":{"rendered":"Yeast dough rolls with chicken and cheese filling!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Leave no one indifferent!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the dough:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-250 g of flour;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a teaspoon of dry yeast;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-a spoon of sugar;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-125 ml of warm milk;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a large egg;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-3 tablespoons of butter or margarine;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-a teaspoon of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-2 tablespoons of oil;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-an onion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-a carrot;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a string of green onion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a cup of chicken breast \u2014 boiled and grated;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a teaspoon of flour;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-250 ml of milk;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-a glass of grated cheese (or more);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; salt, ground black pepper \u2014 to taste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; paprika, ground turmeric &#8211; to taste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-dried parsley \u2014 to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Other:&nbsp;<\/strong>sesame seeds (for sprinkling the rolls before baking).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The volume of the glass used is 250 ml.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the dough:&nbsp;<\/strong>put the sifted flour, dry yeast, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Add the warm milk, the egg beaten with a fork (keep a spoonful of it aside \u2014 for greasing the rolls before baking) and the melted and cooled butter.&nbsp;Mix with a spoon or spatula for 5-8 minutes, until the dough becomes homogeneous.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-1-1024x451.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42360\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Cover the dough with cling film and put it in a warm place.&nbsp;Let it ferment for 60-90 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42361\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the filling:&nbsp;<\/strong>dice the onion and fry it in 2 tablespoons of oil until soft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Add the grated carrot and chopped green onion.&nbsp;Stir and fry everything until the carrot starts to soften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.Add salt, ground black pepper, paprika, ground turmeric and dried parsley to taste.&nbsp;Stir.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42362\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Add the chicken breast.&nbsp;Stir.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42363\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Add the flour.&nbsp;Stir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Add the milk.&nbsp;Stir.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42364\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. Cook the composition until all the liquid in the pan evaporates.&nbsp;Then let it cool.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42365\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.&nbsp;<strong>Shape the rolls:&nbsp;<\/strong>transfer the leavened dough to the table sprinkled with flour.&nbsp;Knead it a little, then divide it into 10 equal pieces.&nbsp;Shape them into balls.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42366\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12. Roll out each ball of dough in the form of an oval and thin flatbread.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42367\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.Place a spoonful of meat mixture and a spoonful of grated cheese near one of its short edges.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42368\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14. Then fold the long edges over the filling and roll it up, starting from the edge next to the filling.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42369\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42370\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15. Place the rolls on the tray lined with baking paper.&nbsp;Cover them with cling film and let them &#8220;rest&#8221; for 30 minutes in a warm place.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-12.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42371\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16.Then brush them with the beaten egg, which you set aside.&nbsp;If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds or dried parsley.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42372\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">17.Bake the rolls for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 160&nbsp;\u00b0C, with convection, or for 25-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180\u00b0C, without convection.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Rulouri-cu-pui-%C8%99i-ca%C8%99caval-14.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42374\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">18.
