{"id":256,"date":"2023-01-27T22:37:18","date_gmt":"2023-01-27T20:37:18","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=256"},"modified":"2023-01-27T22:37:19","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T20:37:19","slug":"pizza-without-dough-the-preparation-of-which-takes-only-5-minutes-of-your-time-a-simple-quick-and-delicious-dinner","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=256","title":{"rendered":"Pizza without dough, the preparation of which takes only 5 minutes of your time!\u00a0A simple, quick and delicious dinner!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pizza prepared according to this recipe is brown, juicy and delicious!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the top:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-300-350 g of chicken breast (one piece);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-50 g of bread (2 slices) + 3 tablespoons of water;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-\u00bd teaspoon grated salt (or to taste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the filling:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-100 g of onion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-2-3 tablespoons of tomato sauce;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a clove of garlic;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-5-6 Champignon mushrooms (about 100 g);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-100 g of cheese;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; half a tomato or 3 cherry tomatoes (optional);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-salt \u2014 to taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the topping:&nbsp;<\/strong>break the bread slices into pieces and pour 3 tablespoons of water over them.&nbsp;Let them absorb the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.Cut the chicken breast into pieces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.Put the soaked meat and bread through the meat grinder.&nbsp;Add salt and mix (if you want, you can add any spices \u2014 we prefer to prepare the top with maximum neutral taste).&nbsp;Knead the composition well and beat it against the walls of the bowl 15-20 times, so that it becomes more malleable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Then, moistening your hands with water, spread it in the form of a circle with a diameter of 30 cm on the tray lined with baking paper.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Pizza-f%C4%83r%C4%83-aluat-2-1024x494.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43134\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the filling:&nbsp;<\/strong>cut the onion into cubes, the mushrooms into slices and the tomatoes into rings.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Pizza-f%C4%83r%C4%83-aluat-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43133\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Grate the cheese through a large grater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Mix the tomato sauce with the garlic passed through the garlic press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
