Dice and blend.<br>Beat the milk, sifted flour, sugar, 2 eggs, butter and cinnamon in a large bowl.<br>Grease a baking dish, then add a little flour to prevent the mixture from sticking. Roll out the dough.<br>Cut leftover apples for decoration into half-moons and decorate the top of the tart.
