{"id":277,"date":"2023-01-29T06:44:11","date_gmt":"2023-01-29T04:44:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=277"},"modified":"2023-01-29T06:44:12","modified_gmt":"2023-01-29T04:44:12","slug":"dessert-without-baking-without-eggs-and-gelatin-it-leaves-no-one-indifferent","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=277","title":{"rendered":"Dessert without baking, without eggs and gelatin &#8211; it leaves no one indifferent!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An incredibly smooth and tasty dessert, prepared without baking and without stabilizing agents, such as eggs and gelatin!&nbsp;Leave no one indifferent!&nbsp;Peanut Butter and Whipped Cream Cheesecake!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the top:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-200 g of chocolate biscuits;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-100 g of roasted peanuts;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-80 g of butter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the cheese and peanut mixture:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-200 g of cream cheese;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-200 g of peanut butter;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-100 ml of cream for whipped cream min.&nbsp;30%;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the whipped cream:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-300 ml of cream for whipped cream min.&nbsp;30%;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-40 g of powdered sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For decoration:&nbsp;<\/strong>nuts and chocolate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We prepared the cake in an 18 cm diameter pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the top:&nbsp;<\/strong>grind the chocolate biscuits with the help of the blender.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78036\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Grind the roasted peanuts using the blender.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78037\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Place the crackers and peanuts in a bowl.&nbsp;Add the melted butter.&nbsp;Mix very well.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78038\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Spread the obtained composition evenly in the pan lined with baking paper, covering the bottom and partially the walls.&nbsp;Press it well with the spoon to get a compact top.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78039\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78040\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Refrigerate the top for 30 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the peanut butter and cream cheese mixture:&nbsp;<\/strong>Place the cream cheese and peanut butter in a bowl.&nbsp;Beat with a mixer until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-6-1024x507.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78041\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78042\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Beat the whipping cream (cold, just taken out of the fridge) with the mixer until persistent peaks appear.&nbsp;Incorporate it into the cream cheese with the spatula, mixing in a circular motion, directed from the bottom up.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78043\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Cheesecake-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78044\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
