Ingredients:
4 medium eggs
180 grams of sugar
70 g of sunflower oil
130 grams of milk
300 grams of flour 00
8 g of vanilla yeast
3 g vanilla powder
Cinnamon to taste
A knob of butter (for greasing)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 apples
Directions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the oil and milk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Add sifted flour, baking powder and vanilla (add cinnamon if desired).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Mix well and add a diced apple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Then pass the knob of butter in the pan and add the sugar and the apple slices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Bring the pan to heat and pour the batter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Bake the cake for 20 minutes with the lid on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
