{"id":283,"date":"2023-01-29T06:52:01","date_gmt":"2023-01-29T04:52:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=283"},"modified":"2023-01-29T06:52:02","modified_gmt":"2023-01-29T04:52:02","slug":"the-correct-recipe-for-parjoale-fine-and-juicy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=283","title":{"rendered":"The correct recipe for parjoale \u2014 fine and juicy!!!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Probably all experienced housewives know how to cook a roast!&nbsp;However, today we want to give you the recipe for some fine and delicious stews, which can be of great help to novice housewives!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS (FOR 9 PIECES):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-500 g of meat;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-200 g of bread core soaked in water and squeezed;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-90 g of onion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-2 cloves of garlic;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-2 teaspoons of salt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-a teaspoon of ground black pepper;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-100 ml of water;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; flour \u2014 for rolling;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; oil \u2014 for frying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Take 4 large slices of bread and remove the crust.&nbsp;Place the remaining core in a bowl and cover with water.&nbsp;After it has completely softened, squeeze it with your hands and weigh it.&nbsp;You need to get 200 g (ideally the amount of soaked and squeezed bread should represent 40% of the composition of the logs).<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/P%C3%A2rjoale-1-1024x527.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41608\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Pass the meat, onion, garlic cloves and squeezed bread through the meat grinder.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/P%C3%A2rjoale-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-41609\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Add salt, ground black pepper and water.&nbsp;Knead the meat mixture with your hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.
