Crush the biscuits and mix them with cocoa powder.&nbsp;You can use a food processor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Dissolve the sugar in hot water (the amount of sugar depends on how sweet the cookies are).&nbsp;Allow the sugar water to cool.&nbsp;Gradually add the sugar water to the cookie bowl, stirring constantly.&nbsp;Get a homogeneous and viscous mass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bucatarul.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/2-226.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58245\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.
