{"id":307,"date":"2023-01-30T01:04:19","date_gmt":"2023-01-29T23:04:19","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=307"},"modified":"2023-01-30T01:04:21","modified_gmt":"2023-01-29T23:04:21","slug":"mars-cake-a-simple-and-delicious-dessert-literally-melts-in-your-mouth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=307","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;Mars&#8221; cake.\u00a0A simple and delicious dessert!\u00a0Literally melts in your mouth!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toppings with an intense chocolate taste, syrupy with milk, fluffy and very smooth chocolate mousse, sweet and slightly salty caramel&#8230; Who could remain indifferent to such a wonderful combination?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For countertops:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-3 eggs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-80 g of sugar;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-a pinch of salt;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-30 ml of refined sunflower oil;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-50 ml of milk;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-80 g of flour;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-20 g of cocoa powder;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a teaspoon of baking powder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We baked the sponge cake in a 20 cm diameter pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the caramel:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-150 g of sugar;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-70 g of 82% butter (cold);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-110 ml of cream for whipping cream 33-36%;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-a pinch of salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the chocolate mousse:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-100 g of dark chocolate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-100 g of milk chocolate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-450 ml of cream for whipping cream 33-36%;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-10 g of quickly dissolving gelatin;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-60 ml of water or milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For syrup:&nbsp;<\/strong>50 ml of milk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For the glaze:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-150 g of milk chocolate;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-30 ml of refined sunflower oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the tops:&nbsp;<\/strong>beat the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt with the mixer on high speed for 7-10 minutes, until they turn into a fluffy, voluminous and whitish composition, on which the egg whites leave persistent marks for 2-3 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80365\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Add the refined sunflower oil and the milk in turn.&nbsp;Mix with the mixer on low speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Add gradually (in 2-3 stages) the sifted flour together with the cocoa powder and baking powder.&nbsp;Mix with a spatula or whisk, using circular movements, oriented from bottom to top.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80366\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Transfer the dough to the pan, the bottom of which you lined with baking paper.&nbsp;Spread it evenly.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80367\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Bake the sponge cake for 25-30 minutes in the oven preheated to 180\u00b0C.&nbsp;Check it&#8217;s done by the toothpick test.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80368\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Let the sponge cake cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes, then separate it from its walls with a thin knife, take it out and wait until it cools completely.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80369\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7.Then remove the &#8220;cap&#8221; and cut it into 3 equal tops.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-6-1024x509.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80370\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the caramel:&nbsp;<\/strong>spread the sugar on a pan with a thick bottom.&nbsp;Melt it over moderate heat, starting to stir it with the wooden spatula when it is almost completely melted, so that no whole crystals remain through it.&nbsp;You should get an amber caramel.&nbsp;Be careful not to keep it on the fire too long, so it doesn&#8217;t burn and become bitter.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-7.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80371\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Add the cold butter, cut into cubes.&nbsp;Stir.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80372\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.Add the whipped cream.&nbsp;Mix until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80373\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11. Take the caramel off the heat.&nbsp;Add a pinch of extra fine salt to it.&nbsp;Stir.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80374\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12. Let the caramel cool to room temperature.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80375\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">13.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the mousse:&nbsp;<\/strong>cut the dark chocolate and milk chocolate into pieces.&nbsp;Pour 100ml of whipping cream, heated to near boiling point, over them.&nbsp;Let them interact for 30-60 seconds, then mix until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-12.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80376\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">14. Let the melted chocolate cool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">15. Dissolve the gelatin in cold water or milk.&nbsp;Let it hydrate for 7-10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">16. Beat 350 ml of whipping cream (cold, just taken out of the fridge) with the mixer until soft peaks appear.&nbsp;It should have the consistency of melted ice cream.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-13.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80377\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">17.Add the melted and cooled chocolate to the whipped cream.&nbsp;Mix with the mixer on low speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">18. Melt the hydrated gelatin over low heat or in a bain-marie, being careful not to boil it.&nbsp;Its temperature must not exceed 60\u00b0C\u200c during heating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">19. Add the melted gelatin to the mousse.&nbsp;Mix with the mixer on low speed.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-14.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80378\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20.&nbsp;<strong>Assemble the cake&nbsp;<\/strong>inside an adjustable ring: place the first cake on a plate and brush it with milk, using the cooking brush.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-15.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80379\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">21. Spread \u00bc of the chocolate mousse evenly on its surface, using a piping bag.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-16.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80380\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">22. Spread half of the caramel on the mousse layer, starting from the middle and leaving the edges free (about 2.5-3 cm).&nbsp;We used all the money.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-17.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80381\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">23.Add another quarter of the mousse, spreading it evenly with the piping bag and completely covering the caramel.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-18.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80382\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">24.Place the second top on the cake.&nbsp;Syrup it with milk and continue assembling the cake, repeating steps 20-22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">25. Place the last top on the cake.&nbsp;Syrup it with milk.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-19.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80383\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">26. Cover the cake with cling film and refrigerate for 4-6 hours to stabilize.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">27. Carefully separate the cake from the walls of the adjustable ring, using a thin knife.&nbsp;Remove the adjustable ring.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-20.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80384\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">28.&nbsp;<strong>Prepare the glaze:&nbsp;<\/strong>put the milk chocolate, broken into pieces, and the refined sunflower oil in a heat-resistant bowl.&nbsp;Melt them in a bain-marie, stirring constantly.&nbsp;You need to get a homogeneous glaze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">29. Spread the frosting evenly on the surface and edges of the cake, using the pastry tools.&nbsp;In order not to dirty the tray, cover its free edges with pieces of baking paper.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/Tortul-%E2%80%9EMars%E2%80%9D-21.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80385\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">30.
