{"id":310,"date":"2023-01-30T01:13:10","date_gmt":"2023-01-29T23:13:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=310"},"modified":"2023-01-30T01:13:11","modified_gmt":"2023-01-29T23:13:11","slug":"chicken-drumsticks-tastier-than-any-skewers-a-golden-recipe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=310","title":{"rendered":"Chicken drumsticks tastier than any skewers!\u00a0A golden recipe!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Full of flavor, aroma and finesse!&nbsp;It is easy and quick to prepare!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; 6-7 chicken legs;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a large onion;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-150 ml of soy;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; paprika &#8211; to taste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; salt, ground black pepper \u2014 to taste;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-\u00bd teaspoon of paprika;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-\u00bd teaspoon of granulated garlic;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-\u00bd teaspoon of spices for chicken;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-\u00bd teaspoon of herbs de Provence;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; a spoonful of oil (+ for frying);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-\u00bd glass of beer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>METHOD OF PREPARATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.Wash and dry the scallops with paper towels.&nbsp;Make 3-4 transverse and shallow cuts on each side of each rib.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cop%C4%83nele-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53797\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Put the chips in a deep bowl.&nbsp;Add paprika, paprika to taste, granulated garlic, chicken seasoning, herbs de Provence, salt and ground black pepper to taste, soy sauce and oil.&nbsp;Mix very well, spreading the spices over the surface of all the chips.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cop%C4%83nele-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53798\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cop%C4%83nele-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53799\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Leave the scallops to marinate for 2 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.Cut the onion into thin half-moons and fry it in a small amount of oil until it softens and browns a little.&nbsp;Transfer to a bowl or plate.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cop%C4%83nele-4-1024x603.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53800\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cop%C4%83nele-5.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53801\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Pour the rest of the marinade over the scallops.&nbsp;Spread the fried onions on their surface and add the beer to the pan.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cop%C4%83nele-8.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53804\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Reduce the heat and cover the pan with the lid again.&nbsp;Cook the scallops for another 15 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/retete-usoare.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Cop%C4%83nele-9.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-53805\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
