{"id":3112,"date":"2023-07-08T13:41:39","date_gmt":"2023-07-08T10:41:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=3112"},"modified":"2023-07-08T13:41:40","modified_gmt":"2023-07-08T10:41:40","slug":"crepes-stuffed-with-minced-meat-and-cheese-sauce","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=3112","title":{"rendered":"Cr\u00eapes Stuffed with Minced Meat and Cheese Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pf-title\"><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Delicious savory pancakes, stuffed with minced meat and cheese sauce au gratin, a real delight to try in an emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>For the pancake batter<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 liter of whole milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500g T45 flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zest of a lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 tsp salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 case sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cases of melted butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For the sweet filling<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nutella or other spread or jam.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For the savory filling<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minced meat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt, pepper, pinch of cinnamon, hor spices (4 spices)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 chopped onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 case of chopped parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cases of sunflower oil + 1 tsp butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 can of mushrooms cut into small pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 box Philadelphia cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 cl fresh cream<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 square of spreadable cheese (melted)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>grated mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cheese shavings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Put all the ingredients in a hollow container.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix for a few minutes, cover and leave to stand for 2 hours at room temperature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat a very lightly buttered non-stick pan with a brush.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour a ladle of batter, spread over the entire surface of the pan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook on low heat on both sides, once golden put it on a plate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Butter the pan after each cooking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For the savory garnish:&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;Brown the mushrooms in oil and butter, add the onion, let sweat for a few minutes, then incorporate the meat, spices and parsley.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix, then add a tea glass of water, cover and simmer until the meat is cooked and the water has evaporated.<br><ins><\/ins><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduce the square of cheese, the Philadelphia, the cream, the mozzarella, mix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stuff the pancakes, roll them up, place them in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the surface of the pancake rolls with shavings of cheese, bake for a few minutes just long enough to melt the cheese.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Delicious savory pancakes, stuffed with minced meat and cheese sauce au gratin, a real delight to try in an emergency.
