Below we suggest a recipe that is as unusual as it is tasty: that <strong>of pumpkin jam<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pumpkin is a very popular vegetable used in our kitchen. However, <strong>pumpkin jam<\/strong> is not as well-known as it deserves. Follow the recipe below to the letter to prepare it at home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ingredients: 500 grams of pumpkin cut into pieces, 250 grams of sugar, 1 glass of water, a few drops of vanilla extract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour the water and pumpkin pieces into a saucepan, then add the vanilla extract and sugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heat over low heat, stirring well with a wooden spoon. After a few minutes the pumpkin will begin to &#8220;melt&#8221;.
