{"id":3139,"date":"2023-07-10T01:26:06","date_gmt":"2023-07-09T22:26:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=3139"},"modified":"2023-07-10T01:26:06","modified_gmt":"2023-07-09T22:26:06","slug":"milk-and-semolina-cake","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=3139","title":{"rendered":"Milk and Semolina Cake"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Milk and semolina cake, flavored with vanilla and lemon, this dessert is disconcertingly simple.&nbsp;It doesn&#8217;t take a lot of time to prepare and it&#8217;s super flexible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>75g soft butter<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tbsp liquid vanilla flavor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The zest of half a lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The juice of a lemon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200g flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 g of fine semolina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sachet of baking powder of 15 g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>330ml milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat the butter with the sugar, add the eggs and vanilla then the lemon zest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In another bowl, mix the flour, semolina, yeast, then add them to the previous mixture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour in the milk and lemon juice and gently incorporate using a whisk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour into the mold lined with parchment paper and bake for 40 minutes on the second level from the bottom (so one level below the middle).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the cake out and let it cool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Milk and semolina cake, flavored with vanilla and lemon, this dessert is disconcertingly simple.&nbsp;It doesn&#8217;t take a lot of time to prepare and it&#8217;s super flexible.
