They are baked until golden brown and deliciously tender.&nbsp;These meatball boats are perfect for family meals or a night out with friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>125g bread dough<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300g minced beef<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 fresh eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>salt and pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C.&nbsp;Roll out the dough thinly on a floured work surface.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut it into two discs of equal size.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TECHNICAL MEASURES: How to degerm garlic?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shape the discs of dough into a \u201cboat\u201d shape.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place a ball of aluminum foil in each hollow of the boats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the buns are lightly browned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take the loaves out of the oven and carefully remove the foil balls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Crack two eggs into the hollow of each loaf without breaking them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cook the minced meat for a few minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove from the heat and divide into the hollows of the breads around the eggs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add salt and pepper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return to the oven for 10 minutes until the eggs are cooked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serve right out of the oven.&nbsp;Enjoy your food !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Meatball Boats are a fun and tasty recipe that turns meatballs into delicious little boats.
