INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon of butter
1\/2 chopped onion
1\/2 chopped bell pepper
1 chopped carrot
1\/2 teaspoon of salt
3 sausages chopped
4 eggs
50 ml milk (1\/5 cup)
1\/2 teaspoon of pepper
Chopped parsley
50 g mozzarella cheese, grated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

METHOD
1.In a skillet, add butter and onion, saut\u00e9 for a few minutes, then add carrots, pepper, salt and black pepper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. In a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk, salt and pepper, then add the mixed vegetables and the parsley.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Put the chopped sausages in the muffin pan and fill with the egg mixture, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
