{"id":4034,"date":"2023-09-21T00:42:27","date_gmt":"2023-09-20T21:42:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=4034"},"modified":"2023-09-21T00:42:28","modified_gmt":"2023-09-20T21:42:28","slug":"homemade-mustard","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=4034","title":{"rendered":"Homemade Mustard"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the recipe for homemade mustard, a tasty homemade mustard, easy and simple to make and ideal to accompany meat or to make a sauce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>150 g mustard seeds (yellow and brown)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 cl of white vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 cl of water<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 g of salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour the mustard seeds into the glass jar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the vinegar, salt and water then mix and leave to soak for about 24 hours in the refrigerator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At the end of this time, filter the seeds and above all keep the liquid used for fermentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grind the seeds ideally with a mortar\/pestle, then stir in a tablespoon of the liquid and continue grinding until you achieve the desired consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will now obtain a grainy mustard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continue pounding until the seeds soften, then pass the mustard through a sieve to remove the seeds.&nbsp;(for a yellow color, add a pinch of turmeric and mix).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then put in a jar and keep cool.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Here is the recipe for homemade mustard, a tasty homemade mustard, easy and simple to make and ideal to accompany meat or to make a sauce.
