Baking soda is a natural fungicide<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The properties of sodium bicarbonate help fight fungi and plant parasites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Against fungi, mix 4 tablespoons of baking soda in 3 liters of water and add a little biodegradable soap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To combat parasites, add a spoonful of bicarbonate of soda to a liter of water and spray directly on the plant, or sprinkle bicarbonate of soda on the surface of the soil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bicarbonate against insects<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you spread a layer of baking soda on the garden soil, this will prevent insects such as ants, cockroaches and others from approaching and invading the plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bicarbonate strengthens plants<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This ingredient speeds up the photosynthesis process and helps plants grow stronger. Try a small amount on a leaf first, as not all plants tolerate this remedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mix some vinegar and baking soda and apply on the leaves, wait 24 hours and if the leaves are still green and healthy you can apply it on the entire plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bicarbonate against weeds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have too many weeds in your garden, pour a thick layer of baking soda over them and let it sit for a couple of days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The baking soda will dry out the weed and prevent it from reproducing quickly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remember not to overuse the baking soda so as not to obtain counterproductive results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
