{"id":4373,"date":"2023-10-18T01:09:22","date_gmt":"2023-10-17T22:09:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=4373"},"modified":"2023-10-18T01:09:22","modified_gmt":"2023-10-17T22:09:22","slug":"kofte-style-rolled-eggplant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.light-recipes.top\/?p=4373","title":{"rendered":"Kofte-style rolled eggplant"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This evening I&#8217;m taking you on a trip with me to Turkey with the delicious recipe for Kofte-style eggplant rolls, very tasty and very simple to make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 eggplants<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>For the Kofte stuffing<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 g of minced meat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 chopped onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp chopped coriander<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 tbsp chopped parsley<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 drizzle of olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Paprika<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cumin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A little ginger<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ras el hanout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut two eggplants into thin slices, fried in a drizzle of olive oil.&nbsp;\u2063<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.&nbsp;\u2063<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Form small sausages and set aside.&nbsp;\u2063<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare a tomato sauce which will be placed in the bottom of a baking dish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the sausages on the eggplant slices, then roll each slice.\u2063<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place the eggplant rolls gradually in a gratin mold.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sprinkle with Gruyere cheese and bake for 20-30 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This evening I&#8217;m taking you on a trip with me to Turkey with the delicious recipe for Kofte-style eggplant rolls, very tasty and very simple to make.
