class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 broccoli<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cauliflower<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 red pepper cut into strips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 yellow pepper cut into strips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 chopped onion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200ml of milk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g of grated cheese (such as Galbanino light)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 g of plain yogurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>130 g of flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 g of light mozzarella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tablespoons of olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 tomatoes cut into pieces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cloves of grated garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just enough oregano<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just enough salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you need for the sauce<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50 g of plain yoghurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 g of light mayonnaise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 clove of garlic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Just enough chopped dill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, separate the broccoli florets from the stem, cut them into smaller pieces and do the same thing with the cauliflower.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now put the vegetables in a pot with plenty of boiling water, add 2 teaspoons of salt, mix them and&nbsp;<strong>bring them to the boil for 2-3 minutes<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drain the broccoli and cauliflower with a slotted spoon in a bowl and temporarily keep them aside, so that they cool down properly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now pour a drizzle of oil into a non-stick pan, add the chopped onion, brown it, add the grated garlic cloves, mix, brown, add the red pepper and yellow pepper cut into strips, stir, close with a lid and&nbsp;<strong>let go on low heat for 10 minutes (amalgamate occasionally)<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer the chopped tomatoes into a container with high edges, mix them with an immersion blender, pour the sauce into the pan of peppers, mix, flavor with the oregano and salt and cook for a few more minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once this is done, grease a rectangular glass baking dish, spread the broccoli and cauliflower on it, then season with the mozzarella cut into small pieces and the pepper sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Break the eggs into a bowl, add salt, beat with a hand whisk, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, stir, add the yoghurt, mix, add the flour a little at a time and&nbsp;<strong>start working again to obtain a creamy mixture<\/strong>&nbsp;. pour the milk and stir again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At this point, use the batter obtained to cover the vegetables, sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese, then cook in&nbsp;<strong>a preheated oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180\u00b0C<\/strong>&nbsp;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally put the yoghurt, mayonnaise, chopped dill and minced garlic clove in a small bowl, mix to obtain a sauce and serve it to the table to accompany the
