Last year, my skin was tired… …and in desperate need of a boost. And since I’m against toxic products, there was no question of me using Botox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So I had to find a better scrub than Botox. This anti-wrinkle treatment has become essential for my skin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ingredients in this recipe are all natural and easy to access. We highly recommend this natural botox. Follow the instructions religiously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients <\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • 200g kale<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 200 gr of spinach<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 25 cl of extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • 1 jar of sour cream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Instructions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Bring spinach and kale to a boil. Once cooked, remove the water and stir. To the mixture, add the indicated amount of cream and olive oil and mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Let the mixture cool so that you can apply the preparation as a mask. Leave on for 15 minutes. Clean your face with lukewarm or cold water.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. This mask can be done 2 to 3 times a week. However, this mask is only suitable for healthy skin, without dermatological problems. If you are under treatment, ask your doctor for advice before any application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
